1. Acceptance of Terms

These Website Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the PharmaVerse platform (the "Platform", "Website"), including any content, clinical modules, resources, and mobile applications made available by PharmaVerse.

By creating an account, accessing the study portal, or executing a digital checkout, you represent and warrant that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a university or clinical team, you warrant that you possess the authority to bind such entity.

2. Eligibility & Account Security

PharmaVerse grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Platform. Access to premium content requires creating an account and registering a valid user profile.

Account Integrity Policy: Your login credentials are strictly personal and intended for single-user access only. Sharing credentials, authenticated tokens, or session tokens with other individuals or clinical cohorts is strictly prohibited. PharmaVerse reserves the right to monitor account usage logs, including concurrent authentication sessions from multiple IP networks. Violations will result in instantaneous suspension of services without a refund.

3. Content and Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, all content on the Platform—including hand-drawn medical diagrams, curriculum indexes, study guides, clinical EHRs, drug interaction databases, and graphics—is the intellectual property of PharmaVerse and is protected by copyright, trademark, and trade dress regulations.

Authorized Usage Limits:

  • You may download or print study materials solely for your own personal, non-commercial educational review.
  • You may not modify, republish, distribute, sell, or license any Platform content, including sharing diagrams on public storage drives or messaging channels.
  • Bypassing payment gating infrastructure or using automated scrapers to index pages is classified as a material breach of this license.

4. Subscription Plans, Fees, & Refund Policy

Access to designated premium curriculum modules is provided via recurring or fixed-term passes. All transaction fees are processed securely through Razorpay.

Digital Content Delivery: Given the digital format of the study guides, all purchases are immediate and classified as consumed upon checkout. Consequently, subscription purchases are non-refundable. If you experience a technical billing issue, please report it to our customer support team within 48 hours for review.

5. Clinical & Medical Disclaimer

PharmaVerse is an educational study portal designed for Pharm.D students and clinical practitioners. Information hosted on this site is aggregated for academic review and simulation purposes only.

Under no circumstances does Platform content constitute medical diagnosis, treatment protocols, or specific clinical advice. Clinical practitioners must exercise independent professional clinical judgment when evaluating patient profiles. You must verify all medication dosages, calculations, drug interactions, and guidelines against certified pharmacopeias (e.g., USP, IP) and current institutional policies.

6. Artificial Intelligence (AI) Services

Our Platform integrates AI models to generate monographs, interaction lists, and clinical reviews. While AI computations are highly advanced, language models can occasionally produce incorrect data or display clinical hallucinations. Users are explicitly advised that AI outputs are starting points for study and must always be cross-referenced with authorized references.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall PharmaVerse, its officers, clinical contributors, or developers be liable for any direct, indirect, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or reliance on, Platform materials, clinical tools, or exam scores.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform operations are headquartered, without giving effect to conflicts of law provisions.
